Refund Policy

1. Digital photo & video purchases
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an online purchase of digital content within 14 days. However, this right is waived once download or streaming of the content begins, and you confirm this at checkout.
This means:
- If you have not yet downloaded the file, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — just email us.
- Once you click Download (or stream the video), the 14-day right ends and the sale is final.
- If a file is faulty (corrupt, wrong file, unable to open) we'll replace it or refund in full — please contact us within 30 days.
2. Shoot bookings (photoshoots)
- You may reschedule up to 48 hours before the shoot at no charge.
- Cancellations more than 48 hours before the shoot — full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot — non-refundable (the photographer's slot is reserved).
- If we cancel the shoot for any reason — full refund.
3. Duplicate or accidental purchases
If you accidentally bought the same item twice, email us within 7 days and we'll refund the duplicate.
4. Currency & FX
Refunds are issued in the original currency for the original amount. FX fluctuations between purchase and refund are outside our control and we're not liable for any difference in your local currency.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@ltvcarnival.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used on the order
- Reason for the refund
We respond within 2 working days and process eligible refunds via Stripe within 5–10 working days. The funds appear on your card according to your bank's timetable.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. If anything here conflicts with those rights, the statutory position prevails.
