These terms govern your use of ltvcarnival.com (“the Site”) and all photo, video, gallery and booking services offered by [Registered Company Name Ltd] (“we”, “us”, “LTV Carnival”), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. [Company Number], registered office [Registered Office Address, UK]). By using the Site you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. You're responsible for keeping your login secure. Don't share your account.
2. Purchases of digital content
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) by default; conversions to other currencies are estimates and the final charge is in your card's currency at the rate Stripe applies.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing you accept Stripe's terms.
- You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the purchased media for personal use. Commercial resale, redistribution, AI-training datasets and removal of the LTV watermark from the master file are prohibited without our written permission.
3. Bookings (photoshoots)
- Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
- You may reschedule up to 48 hours before the shoot. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
- Final media is delivered within the stated turnaround for that package.
4. Models & image rights
Photos captured at public carnival events may include you. By attending a carnival where LTV Carnival is shooting, you accept that you may appear in our galleries. If you would like an image of you removed, email support@ltvcarnival.com and we'll action a removal within 7 working days.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: try to scrape or download the Site beyond your purchased content, attempt to defeat our watermarks, reverse-engineer the Face Search feature, or use the Site to break any law.
6. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any loss arising from or in connection with the Site is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
